Marketing a home that's not listed

Make sure you're in compliance with your broker before making promises to your seller!

Whenever we are marketing properties, a listing agreement (either MLS or non-MLS) as well as our normal listing paperwork are required. Please submit through Listing Documents - Off Market and we'll take care of the rest!

  • Our Non-MLS Listing Agreement should be signed when the property is not yet ready for the MLS. With the non-MLS listing agreement, the property can be, what agents might call, "pre-list marketed".

  • A Waiver of Broker Cooperation is also required in the event the Seller or Landlord requests that we not cooperate with other brokerages prior to the MLS listing.
