Fully Executing Documents

With the plethora of documentation available, it's understandable that signatures/initials can be missed. Continue reading to learn where signatures belong on the required documents and save your owners the pain of multiple emails/visits just to complete signatures!


Listing Sale/Rental

  • Listing Agreement - signature area for owners, listing agent signs. HC MLS Listing Agreement does not require Broker Signature, all other MLSs do.

  • Property Description Form - signature area for owners, listing agent signs.

  • CIS - ONLY the section that says Sellers/Landlords. Name of agent on the line at the bottom. eXp Realty LLC on all of the brokerage lines. Check off Seller Agent and Disclosed Dual Agent if the opportunity arises.

  • Dual Agency - On left side where signature area for owners, on the bottom-right for listing agent. 

  • LBP - Initial for EACH item, check off the second box for the first line for No Lead Paint in Home, first box for the second line for No Reports of Lead Paint, sign at the bottom. Listing Agent signs under listing agent. 

  • Seller's Disclosure - Initial on Radon Gas <page 5/6> and sign at the bottom. Listing Agent signs. 

Lease Offer (tenant only)

  • CIS - ONLY the section that says Tenants/Buyers. Name of agent on the line at the bottom. eXp Realty LLC on all of the brokerage lines. Check off Buyer Agent and Disclosed Dual Agent if the opportunity arises.

  • Dual Agency - On left side where signature area for tenants, on the right for tenant agent. 

  • LBP - Initial on EACH line, if there are boxes, check off the one that says received 10 day.. , sign at bottom. Tenant/Lessee Agent signs underneath. 

  • Lease Agreements - Initial EACH page, sign and initial on last page of Lease Agreement, sign on page for Window Guard. Agents do not sign Lease.
